Relatives

Our patients’ relatives are very welcome during our visiting hours. The familiar surroundings should be maintained and reinforced as much as possible.

As a small, manageable hospital, we offer space, peace and quiet and personal discussions with doctors and nursing staff - at most in the patient’s mother tongue.

Our visiting hours: Daily until 7 PM

Please observe the midday quiet period from 12 PM until 3 PM.

Release / aftercare

We are pleased when our patients feel better and they are able to go home. The following points should be noted on release day:

  • Patients with statutory health insurance pay their own contribution of €10.00 per day they spend in the clinic (max. 28 days per calendar year).
  • Payments can be made in cash, by debit card or by bank transfer.
  • Additional payments for upgrades, such as for a single room, will be redirected to you.

We are happy to organise a nursing care consultation for our patients and their relatives for the period following their stay at the clinic. Further action will be coordinated, with initial measures taken accordingly.
